Parakites

Explore parakites available to Australian and Asia-Pacific pilots, including Dune Rider Hopper and Scraper plus the lightweight AirDesign eXTA. Parakites use a control architecture that changes pitch and angle of attack more directly than a conventional paraglider, producing a much wider usable range of lift, speed, glide and energy.

That extra range also means model choice, size and pilot experience matter. The right parakite should match the wind strengths, terrain and style of flying you actually want to do rather than simply chasing the smallest or fastest wing.
