Lightweight full-length concertina bag
The AirPack XPed is AirDesign’s lighter full-length packing solution for wings where careful rod alignment matters but overall equipment weight still needs to stay low. Breathable mesh provides ventilation, with riser retention, an anti-pinch two-way zip and compression straps built in.

Choosing the size
Select an AirPack XPed slightly longer than the maximum chord of the wing. AirDesign currently lists S for SuSi 4 14/16/18, Soar 2 XXS/XS and Hero 2 XXS/XS; M for SuSi 4 21/23/26, LiVi XXS/XS/S, Soar 2 S/M, Volt 5 XXS/XS/S/M and Hero 2 S/M; and L for LiVi M/L, Soar 2 L, Volt 5 ML/L and Hero 2 ML/L.
Cloudbase perspective
This is the better AirDesign packing-bag choice where a full-length fold is appropriate and you still want to minimise bag weight. For long-term storage, AirDesign recommends leaving the wing flat in the opened AirPack XPed rather than tightly compressed.
