AirDesign Trail 70L Rucksack

Higher-volume hike-and-fly and light XC pack

The 70L retains the Trail carrying architecture but provides the extra space needed by less aggressively compact XC systems.

Cloudbase perspective

The 70L is the more realistic Trail choice where a lightweight pod harness includes a foam protector, or where your wing simply does not compress into the volumes expected by the 55L. Bag sizing is highly equipment-dependent, so check the complete system rather than wing size alone.
