Cloudbase Indonesia Tour Reservation Payment

Please read before paying

If you have not participated in a Cloudbase Indonesia tour within the past two years, please contact Mark before paying so we can confirm both availability and that the tour is appropriate for your current experience, skill and currency.

Minimum pilot requirement: PG3 with at least 25 hours of flight experience. PG2 pilots may be considered by application where Cloudbase has assessed suitability.

Participation is by approval

A place is secured only after Cloudbase has confirmed your participation and the applicable reservation payment has been received. This allows us to manage group size and pilot experience appropriately.

Reservation payment

A $150 reservation payment applies to each tour week reserved, plus any applicable card or payment-processing fee. The reservation amount is credited against your final tour invoice.

If reserving more than one week, select and pay for each applicable tour period.

One week or two?

Each Indonesia period is a one-week tour and can be booked individually. Where practical, two consecutive periods provide more flexibility around weather and more opportunity for sustained flying and progression.

Payment options

Card payments attract the applicable merchant-processing fee shown at checkout. Where offered, EFT/direct deposit can be selected to avoid the card-processing fee.

Cancellations and refunds

The reservation payment is refundable where cancellation is advised at least 71 days before the start of your earliest reserved tour period. Later cancellations are subject to Cloudbase's current Terms & Conditions. Card or payment-processing fees already incurred are not refundable.
