AirDesign The Sock Harness
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Sock – #KeepYourSockOn
Light everyday XC pod harness
The Sock is AirDesign’s answer to pilots who want one pod harness to cover normal cross-country flying, hike-and-fly training and occasional bivouac use without moving into an extreme ultralight harness. It combines a structured back and close-fitting geometry with an inflatable AirPillow protector and substantial usable storage.
Cloudbase perspective
The Sock sits in a useful middle ground: substantially lighter and more compact than many conventional XC pods, but designed as an everyday harness rather than equipment you save only for lightweight missions. If every gram is critical, compare it with The Sock SL. If durability and regular XC use carry more weight in the decision, the standard Sock is the logical starting point.
