It combines the reserve container with a small instrument surface and a mounting system designed to keep the reserve stable and accessible.

The extraction handle is shaped for use from either side, while the riser connection and optional guide sleeve allow the system to be integrated with different harness layouts.

Cloudbase perspective

A front-mounted reserve container is useful on minimalist harnesses without an internal reserve compartment, but the correct size must be matched to the packed reserve volume. We would always check reserve, container and riser routing as one complete installation.

Key features

Front-mounted reserve installation

Ambidextrous ergonomic extraction handle

Hook-and-loop surface for small flight instruments

Single anchor arrangement for reserve risers

Optional removable riser guide sleeve

Holding strap to stabilise the container

Integrated Kortel Konnect system

Technical data

Size

Approx. weight incl. handle

Typical compatibility

S

149 g

Smaller ultralight reserves

L

153 g

Larger ultralight / steerable reserves

The removable riser guide sleeve is approximately 25 g.

Kortel Kontainer V4 — Size and reserve compatibility guide

Manufacturer-listed compatibility by container size.
